Returns Policy
Jane Gray Design accepts returns within 10 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
Products may not be returned without prior written consent from Jane Gray Design. Please contact us through our contact form or email to request consent. All returns are subject to a return charge.

As a customer, you may cancel an order within 3 days of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation to the account the order was originally paid from.
